Job Description:
o To monitor and ensure the cleanliness of factory. o To raise demand for renovation of assets and get it done. o To get the scrap sold on best available prices and keep updated contact details and rates of scrap purchasers. o To keep an eye on the gate office activities. o To raise demand for monthly entertainment expense and ensure the availability of material throughout the month. o To bring meal for guests when required. o To visit EOBI, PESSI, SNGPL, WAPDA and other offices for company tasks. o To issue uniforms to employees and maintain record. o Completing employee clearance when an employee resigns or is terminated. o To take employees to hospital/dispensary in case of injury. o Keep updated list of fire extinguishers and making sure that all firefighting equipment is in working condition and easily accessible. o To conduct firefighting drills in accordance with training calendar and maintain record. o To get water filters changes and tanks cleaned every month as per calendar and keep record of it. o To ensure fumigation as per calendar and keep record of it. o To complete such other tasks when required.
