Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Executive, Statistical Operations Job Tasks: -Serve as an SME (subject matter expert) to the production and projects offshore teams and act as their reference for technical and methodological matters -Executes and manages the onshore deliverables of Stat-Ops for the assigned region. Onshore deliverables will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of universe estimation, sample design, data queries. - Manages local engagements with Measurement Sceinces, Data Acquisitiona nd Data Processing departments for assigned market(s) and/or projects -Maintains project work discipline in centrally managed project trackers, with regular reporting-outs to PMO and other relevant stakeholders -Panel Management: Maintaining and optimizing Nielsen’s sample compliance, sample rotation and time frame alignment. -Serves as a “touch point” for local deliverables and on select operations and associated project work and to investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, offshore operations, and practice transformation for processes / methods issues. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or other related field. - Working knowledge of SQL and database structures - Working knowledge with commercial statistical/ analytical packages is a definite plus - Analytical, detail-oriented, logical thinker.
