This is a permanent position from the start and offers all privileges as regular employees of the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the bank in the market in professional manner.
• Achieve new account opening targets.
• Achieve deposit mobilization targets.
• Attrition management for accounts and deposits.

Career and Training:

The bank offers these talented individuals a career in mainstream banking where they will be utilized and groomed to become Branch Managers and Branch Operations Managers in due course.

Business Development Bankers (BDBs) will be given classroom training prior to joining the field force and will be made an integral part of the banks regional management team.
