Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) is a not-for-profit organization that has successfully established itself as a recognized body for improving the quality of corporate governance in Pakistan. An essential prerequisite for the integrity and credibility of financial institutions, stock exchanges, incorporate companies and the market economy, good corporate governance helps build confidence and trust by ensuring transparency, fairness and accountability with respect to shareholders and other stakeholders.
PICG is involved in training and education, creating awareness, undertaking research, publishing guidelines and other resource material and provides a forum for discussion on the future of corporate governance in Pakistan.
