Required a Senior Manager Organizational Development

Developing a High Performance Culture:


  • Oversee survey administration & scheduling
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis based on the survey results & present to the HR leadership team
  • Conduct/run/facilitate Action Planning workshops across the organization
  • Manage culture development process & interventions
  • Communicate and educate to the employees about culture as a competitive advantage

Developing leadership at all Levels:

  • Run leadership assessments
  • Conduct/facilitate leadership development workshops or leadership 360 read-back sessions
  • Keep track of results and analyse trends
  • Provide coaching on leadership improvement

Manage Organization Design & Change:

  • Analyse organization design and identify areas for improvement
  • Calculate business benefits for such changes (top or bottom line impact) and prepare a business case
  • Facilitate workshops/meeting with key stakeholders to bring about the desired changes
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to bring about desired changes

Customer Focus & Solution Development:
  • Keep a regular interface with various key areas of the business across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into actionable items or OD products/services
  • Coordinate with GMs in OD to ensure sharing of information and knowledge

Performance Management

  • Ensure that the performance management process is run as stipulated, following all the steps contained within
  • Ensure compliance to the performance management process & system
  • Continuously develop PTCL PMS to reflect state of the art thinking and global best practices in performance management
  • Ensure all organizational members are trained in the concept and use of PMS in PTCL at all times
  • Ensure succession plans are documented, communicated and acted upon; Actively pursue the outputs of Succession Planning processes and Talent Management decisions to implement the plans to ensure that leadership pipeline is filled at all times across the organization and counselling is provided
  • Ensure that career growth options are communicated Control activities
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
