Business Context
Build the capability for better performance for the entire Customer Development function.
Main Accountabilities
·         Strategizing Professional Capability Building of Unilever CD resource (Including IC, GT, MT, CM, Others);
·         Strategizing and Developing Skill Assessment system;
·         Individual Training Needs Analysis Methodology formation and conducting the analysis;
·         Partner with training houses to build the relevant soft skill across the organization;
·         Effectively partner with Field Sales heads to assess key capability gaps and fix those;
·         Reinvigorate field sales retention capability at the DSR level;
·         Business training need analysis with CD departmental heads;
·         Training demand planning and calendar phasing;
·         Input into individual development planning for CD Resource;
·         Content development for professional skills and business delivery;
·         Develop and build strong resource capability development relationship with key CD stakeholders;
·         Capability building budgeting and efficient utilization;
·         ROTI calculation and improvement;
·         Establish capability building policies, programs and schedules;
·         Be an active consultant to the leadership team for People Building;
·         Leads, motivates and guides the CD employees to optimize their effectiveness and efficiency in achieving performance outcomes;
·         Develop, execute, and monitor trainings for Professional and Business Delivery courses;
·         Ensures the efficient use of resources in the development of training plans, learning and development plans to maintain alignment with CD Team CIA;
·         Initiate New Projects for Capability Building;
·         Motivate Unilever Resource for continuous High performance;
·         Leading and Motivating a high performance team of assistant training managers.
Education:
Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable institute (Masters preferred)
Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in a sales role (training experience would be preferred).
