Experience:


  • 4-5 years extensive experience in Marketing & Customer Care preferably in telecom sector
  • Major Responsibilities
  • Achieving Sales Targets
  • Responsible for sales through PTCL indirect sales channel by assigning & achieving daily/monthly sales target & attainment of the said targets in the given time frame.
  • Execute the branding & marketing activities throughout the region in coordination with SM
  • Liaison with Sales Team
  • Conveying & implementation of PTCL policies to Sales Channels.
  • Managing Field Sales Agents for sale of PTCL products and services.
  • Hiring on merit of new Franchisees envisaging the potential of the area.
  • Conducting CFCs/Kiosk activities in the region according to monthly schedule conveyed by supervisors
  • Establish & then Frequent visits to retail network.
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for the backend commission of Franchisees/third parties.
  • Management of stock
  • Making sure the stock availability of stock at all the sales channels.
  • Replenishing Stock when require & maintaining inventory record.
  • Complaints Resolution
  • Timely resolution of complains as regards wireless and wire line products through concerned departments.
  • Any other project assigned by the supervisor
