Key Objectives of the Job:
Leading the CD Finance team to drive the sales strategy for growth; and support quality decision making through business partnering, insightful analytics, challenging assumptions and evaluating alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
          Developing and executing the Trade Term Structure in line with the business strategy
          Lead the Return on Marketing and Trade Investment (ROMTI) agenda for Trade Marketing Investment (TMI) across the business divisions
          Maximize value for the business throughOptimization of Promotional Sellout (OPSO)platform to optimize ROI on Consumer and Trade promotions
          Driving the Channel & Customer Mix Strategytowards a more profitable mix through insights and analytics
          Partnering with the sales, category and key account teams for GT and MT through in depthcustomer/channel profitability analytics and coordinating with them during their customer negotiations
          Ensure robustness and rigour in new project proposals through holistic business cases
          Key stakeholders in the profit forecast andperformance management of the company through managing trade & marketing spends for all key channels & customers
          Actively manage Customer ROI to ensure winning with our customers- our partners for growth
          Debtors Management and custodian of Credit Policy to drive working capital for the company
          Performing Sales Accounting, booking accruals of TMI cost and settlement of Distributor claims
          Liaise with the global team on strategy formulation, global best practices and monitoring key performance KPIs
Core Skills Required:
Strong Understanding of finance concepts along with superior inter-personal and business partnering skills

Business acumen and Strong Standards of Leadership
Minimum Requirements:
Education       
CA or Business graduate with major in Finance
Number of Years of Experience
